Easter at Forest Lakes is a camp for oldies and youngsters alike; full of amazing activities, great meals, and time with friends. All of these are intertwined by the word of God, with bible based teaching sessions, worship and electives throughout the weekend. You will leave camp feeling refreshed not only physically but spiritually too. Come along to spend some time with friends, meet new friends and get back to the foundations of Easter with like minded people.
Steve joined the Crossroads team in 2012 and serves as Pastor for Discipleship and Pastoral Care. Steve is married to Lesley and they have two awesome kids, Josh and Hanna.
Prior to joining Crossroads they served with Youth with a Mission in Germany and the United States. Steve loves quality time with people over a seriously great cup of coffee. In his spare time, he's knee deep in the garden, hanging out with family, fishing, cooking and exploring God's creation.
Richard Goodwin began teaching at Pathways in 2014. He is currently also Adjunct Assistant Professor of Theology and Culture at Fuller Theological Seminary in Los Angeles. He earned a PhD in Theology (Otago) and an MA in Theology (Fuller). His doctoral thesis explored the intersection of faith and movies, and he is interested in the ways Christians engage the wider culture, especially with respect to the arts and pop culture. Prior to theological study, Richard served as a youth pastor for seven years at Raleigh Street Christian Centre in Cambridge.
We have some amazing activities for everyone but we want to keep them under wraps for now, so stay tuned. As soon as we have confirmed a timetable it will be available here to view and download.
It's guaranteed to be an amazing weekend of God filled growth, fun and games so register now and we'll see you there!
